🌿 Our Model

Farming 360

A closed-loop farming model where dairy and crop farmers share inputs, outputs and markets — keeping every step traceable, clean and free from outside adulteration.

Why a Closed Loop?

Conventional dairy and farming systems are fragmented. Cattle feed comes from unknown sources. Crops rely on synthetic chemicals. There is no traceability, no relationship between what the cow eats and what ends up in your glass.

Farming 360 is Paavni’s answer: a self-reinforcing ecosystem where dairy farmers and crop farmers are connected through a shared exchange centre, technology, and shared machinery — so the inputs, outputs and by-products of one become the resources of another. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is unknown.

From Soil to Your Doorstep — 7 Steps

Step 1

It Starts with the Soil

Healthy milk begins with healthy fodder. At our model farm in Madhurapur, Begusarai, we grow fodder on our own land — so we know exactly what our cows eat. No unknown external feed. No chemical shortcuts.

Step 2

Fodder Grown, Not Bought

Our partner farmers and our own farm grow the green and dry fodder that feeds the herd. When fodder comes from a known, managed source, there is no gap for unknown inputs to enter the chain.

Step 3

Milking: Hygiene First

At Paavni’s model farm, all milking is done with individual portable milking machines — one machine per cow. This protects against cross-contamination and ensures every batch is hygienically collected into stainless-steel cans.

Step 4

Adulteration Check at Collection

Before any batch is accepted, we test for adulteration at the point of collection using lactometer and rapid tests. A batch that does not pass does not move forward — no exceptions.

Step 5

Composition Testing at Processing

At our Madhurapur processing unit, milk undergoes composition testing — fat, SNF, and quality parameters are checked before processing begins. Only milk meeting our standards is pasteurised and packed.

Step 6

Packaging & Cold Chain

Pasteurised milk is packaged and loaded into insulated cold-chain crates for dispatch to our Patna hubs. The cold chain is maintained from processing right through to your doorstep — protecting freshness at every handoff.

Step 7

Doorstep Delivery Before 7 AM

Every morning, our delivery team reaches your door before 7 AM. Contactless delivery keeps it clean and convenient. Because we control the chain from farm to your door, freshness is not a claim — it is the system.
