About Paavni — Building Bihar’s Traceable Dairy Platform

About Paavni — Bihar’s Farm-to-Doorstep Dairy

Paavni started in 2021 with a simple observation: Bihar’s dairy farmers were being squeezed on both ends — rising fodder costs on one side, middlemen controlling prices on the other. Meanwhile, urban families had no reliable way to know where their milk actually came from or how it was handled. We built Paavni to fix both problems at once.

We call the model Farming 360. We work directly with farmer partners across Bihar — providing fodder support, fair procurement prices, and a guaranteed market. On the other end, we process milk at our own facility in Teghra, Begusarai, and deliver daily to doorsteps. No brokers. No cold-storage uncertainty. Every batch is traceable back to its source farm.

What We Believe

Dairy in India has a trust problem. Adulteration is common. Supply chains are opaque. Consumers rarely know if what they are buying matches what is on the label. Paavni’s answer is not a marketing claim — it is a traceable supply chain, third-party certification, and a processing facility we own and operate ourselves.
