This website www.paavniorganic.com is operated by Paavni Organic Farms Private Limited (“POFPL”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating from Patna, Bihar. By placing an order or using this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with POFPL and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
“Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions including all policies posted on the site, as amended from time to time. “Site” means the website paavniorganic.com and the Paavni mobile application. “Customer” / “Buyer” / “You” means the person placing an order or using the Site.
Use of this Site and ordering is intended for adults aged 18 and above. You represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under applicable Indian law.
This Agreement remains in force for so long as you use the Site. Either you or POFPL may terminate the agreement at any time. POFPL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms.
POFPL may modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By placing an order you confirm that the delivery address provided is correct. POFPL will arrange delivery to the address provided after receipt of payment. You are advised to check product descriptions carefully before ordering. Paavni does not accept cash-on-delivery. All payments must be made through the payment gateway.
Prices listed on the Site are current. POFPL reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred, with a full refund of any amount paid.
All payments are processed exclusively through our payment gateway. Cash deposits, cheques and informal transfers are not accepted and will not be credited to any account without prior written approval from POFPL management.
Your Paavni wallet contains two separate components:
The billing cycle for subscription customers is 15 days (bills generated twice a month). Transaction history is available for the latest 6 months through the Paavni app.
Please refer to our separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits any right available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
Promotional cashback and offers are subject to specific offer terms displayed at the time of the offer. General conditions:
Transactional communications: By registering with POFPL, you agree to receive transactional and service communications through WhatsApp, SMS, email and push notifications. These include order confirmations, delivery updates, payment notifications, subscription changes, customer support and product-safety communications. These are necessary for your service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Promotional communications: POFPL may send you promotional communications (offers, cashback, new products, campaigns) through WhatsApp, SMS and email only where you have separately opted in. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us at info@paavniorganic.com or using the opt-out link in any promotional message.
Where a NACH mandate is set up, transactions will be processed on business days only. Failed transactions will not be retried in the same calendar month. Customers may revoke a NACH mandate at least two business days before the next due date. POFPL is not responsible for transactions processed where a mandate was not revoked within the required period. POFPL processes mandates based solely on the account details provided and verified by the customer’s bank.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, POFPL’s liability in connection with any order or transaction is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection or food-safety law.
Paavni does not solicit investment opportunities or promise financial returns. Any communication claiming to offer investment returns through channels resembling Paavni is fraudulent. Customers are strongly advised to disregard such offers and report them to us immediately.
All content on this Site including text, images, logos and branding is the property of POFPL or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or any other applicable Indian law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and POFPL with respect to your use of the Site.
