What’s the difference between Ghee and Bilona Ghee?
Both are pure cow ghee with the same golden, danedar texture. Bilona Ghee is our premium variety — richer in aroma and flavour — while Ghee is our classic everyday option.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Keep it at room temperature — no refrigeration needed. It stays good for about 6 months. If it’s unused for a while, stir or gently warm it before use for the best taste.
What is it made from?
Pure cow ghee, made from our farm-fresh cow milk. Nothing else is added.
