Meet the Founders
Alok Kumar and Ragini Kumari established the Paavni Model Farm in 2020 in Madhurapur, Begusarai — not just as a dairy operation, but as the proof-of-concept for everything Paavni stands for.
Before scaling to partner farmers, every practice Paavni teaches — individual milk testing, machine milking, breed selection, feed discipline — was first tried and proven right here.
This farm is the heart of Farming 360: a closed loop where farm, processing, and consumer are connected with full traceability.
What is Farming 360?
Farming 360 is Paavni’s closed-loop model: ethical cattle care → precision milking → same-day processing → doorstep delivery. Every step is documented, tested, and traceable. The Model Farm is where partner farmers learn before joining the Paavni network.
